There is an inviting living/entertaining area located on the first level and open to a patio, making it ideal for an indoors/outdoors lifestyle. A second entrance from the garden and access to the garage complete the ground floor. The kitchen, main living/dining area, a study, 1 bedroom and 1 bath are located on the second level.  There are two terraces also located on this floor, continuing the indoors/outdoors experience.  On the third floor we have 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a finished attic room with its own bathroom on the last floor. The estate is sitting on 5 acres ( 2 hectares), including a patio, flat garden, and beautiful trees.

Dozza- Province of Bologna

The Medieval Village of Dozza, one of the 100 “Most Beautiful Towns in Italy” is located south of Bologna, Emilia Romagna, and only  6 km from Imola. Dozza is situated on the crest of a gentle hill dominating the Sellustra River Valley.

Dozza historical center, with a singular spindle shape, has maintained the original medieval structure and the imposing fortress, the Rocca Sforzesca, situated on the top of the village, harmonizes perfectly with the rest of the buildings.

The Fortress, reconstructed during the 15th century by order of Caterina Sforza on the remains of ancient Bolognese fortresses, has been transformed, at the end of the 16th century, into the elegant Palazzo Malvezzi Campeggi by the Malvezzi-Campeggi family, who lived there until 1960.

In Dozza, art becomes an urban landscape, through the decoration of houses’ walls, streets, and squares which fills the corners of the village with light and bright colors. It’s a real open-air museum, where you can admire more than one hundred works by several contemporary prestigious artists. Inside the fortress, in the Centro Studi e Documentazione del Muro Dipinto, frescos and sketches of the painted walls are displayed.

The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari is universally recognized as an extremely technical track, difficult to read, with complex curves and off-cuts: traveling at a high pace requires a professional skill level.

Italy has hosted the 2020 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, which took place in Imola, over 63 laps of the 4.959-kilometers Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, former home of the San Marino GP.

Region of Emilia Romagna

Romagna has always been about seaside and entertainment, from Ferrara’s beaches to Rimini’s coastline in the far south of the region. But there is far more to Romagna than meets the eye; this area harbors enchanting hillside villages in the Forlì-Cesena and Rimini countryside, ancient culinary traditions that are embodied in the region’s emblematic piadina flatbread, a passion for wellness and fitness, and UNESCO World Heritage-listed art cities, like Ravenna and Ferrara.
